ABOUT ME

Those closest to me would say I exude warmth, enthusiasm, and a curious, intellectual mind. As such, I strive to bring both exuberance and a savvy, client-oriented ethos to all of my creative projects.

On any given Saturday, you’d be as likely to find me curled up with a novel, while hopping up intermittently to make folds in a bubbly loaf of sourdough; perusing the walls of a local gallery exhibition on the hunt for a new addition to our walls; or listening to my husband play jazz riffs on the piano with a crisp martini in hand, candles lit, and a chicken roasting in the oven.

With any of my creative endeavors, I hope to nurture the good in the world. I aim to help people to see places of beauty and moments of connection, both around the world, and within each other. And I believe that through vibrant, soulful imagery and evocative writing, I can help foster the interconnectedness we all share, and that makes humanity both beautiful and hopeful.

PHOTOGRAPHY BACKGROUND

With 16+ years experience in commercial and editorial photography, I specialize in hospitality, travel, culinary, and brand photography for large multinational companies and small emerging ones alike. I draws on previous professional roles in advertising, public relations, and events, to provide a deep understanding of the multi-layered marketing landscape.

In addition to acting as lead photographer, I can provide art direction, oversee production, and am very comfortable leading a large team on set. To complement my photography, I thoroughly enjoys writing, and have had stories published in a variety of media over the years. I also maintain a growing Substack, where I write about photography, other creative pursuits, and broader cultural topics.

My work has appeared in The New York Times, National Geographic Traveller, Architectural Digest, Travel & Leisure, Forbes, Plate, Vogue, on Bravo Top Chef and Masterchef television shows, and many other media.
